Responsibilities
Customer portfolio management: Ensuring daily monitoring of contracts responding to specific requests and anticipating needs.
Business relationship management: Identifying opportunities for development preparing and leading steering committees with customers.
Performance analysis: Preparing activity reports monitoring KPIs proposing action plans.
Optimizing fleet management: Advising on fleet composition energy transition and electrification.
Internal coordination: Creating synergies with the sales technical delivery and customer service teams.
Ensuring customer loyalty: Guaranteeing high satisfaction and providing support with contract renewals.
Cross-functional collaboration between account management in new business and in the business partner area.
Profile
Commercial training or comparable qualification (commercial diploma)
Very good German and English skills French and / or Italian skills are an advantage
Ideally experience in the automotive or financial services industry
Good understanding of mobility issues (TCO electrification etc.)
Precise careful and independent way of working
Sound knowledge of MS Office
Citrix / SAP experience is an advantage
Sales and service orientation
Excellent knowledge of reporting tools (Excel CRM etc.)
