Junior Fund Accounting
Aufgaben
Managing fund accounting of Private Equity funds and investor reporting as well as handling general ledgers, capital calls, distributions, and accounts payable / Maintaining ledgers for funds, booking daily cash transactions, and reconciling intercompany balances / Managing expense reimbursements according to agreements and perform monthly reconciliations / Ensuring accurate, compliant reporting to deliver timely, high-quality financial data in collaboration with internal teams, fund managers, and auditors / Create and distribute financial reports, capital statements for partners, and capital call and distribution notices / Provision of schedules and documentation for audits and coordination of tax returns / Maintenance and updating of fund accounting with tools and systems / Ad hoc projects.
Qualifikation
HF or Bachelor's in Banking & Finance or accounting / Knowlege of fund investments in the private equity sector / Solid knowledge of fund accounting / Analytical thinking / Methodical approach / Strong sense of responsibility / Customer oriented / Experience in quality management / Knowledge of the Swiss investment fund regulation (FINMA) / Confident, well-groomed appearance with a strong service orientation, flexibility, exact working style, communicative with assertiveness / High credibility and loyalty / IT flair, MS-Office, Excel, VBA / German and English.
