Responsible for managing tax projects for more differentiated customer service and optimized processes at the interfaces to finance, legal & compliance and risk management / Responsible for managing one or more tax processes or tax products simultaneously / Responsible for further automation of processes in the tax department including internal and external interfaces / Responsible for the implementation of optimized products and processes as well as regular review / Responsible for the evaluation of complex tax issues in the framework that could have a significant impact on individuals and companies / Responsible for analyzing, prioritizing and validating complex and dynamic data material from various sources / Support functional teams and ensure regulatory compliance in working with tax authorities / Responsible for interpreting policies, procedures or guidelines to resolve complex issues or transactions / Responsible for assessing risk at various levels of the organization when making business decisions / Ensure compliance with applicable rules and laws and ensure transparency / Responsible for representing tax teams on committees for cross-functional processes or projects / Responsible for coaching and training employees, teams and managers / Ad hoc projects.
Qualifikation
