More than 230 professionals carry out their missions daily with a constant concern for excellence, with a sense of service and responsibility.The Infrastructure Continuity Service (SCOI) is a service unit whose main mission is, thanks to the presence on each site of technical teams and various trades, to ensure the maintenance of the hospital environment composed of medical and logistical equipment, buildings, and their facilities.Technician ES specializing in heating, external sites - 100%The scope of your activities includes three hospital sites as well as several centers scattered throughout the city of Geneva.- You autonomously carry out all preventive and corrective maintenance tasks as well as work requested by your hierarchy.- You ensure the monitoring and supervision of construction sites and work, ensuring compliance with deadlines, standards, and directives in force.- You provide regular feedback on your interventions to your hierarchy and report any malfunction, damage, or technical anomaly.- You ensure the updating of technical documentation as well as the maintenance and cleaning of the tools, premises, and equipment placed at your disposal.- According to needs, you also supervise maintenance work and repairs related to your sector of activity.- As a contact person, you coordinate, control, and accompany external companies.- You participate in stock management as well as the processing of work requests.- Curious and motivated by the evolution of techniques and technologies in your field, you also enjoy transmitting your know-how and collaborating with your colleagues.- Sensitive to environmental issues and energy savings, you integrate these aspects into all your activities.- You work according to a regular schedule and participate, according to a planned rotation, in the on-call service of your sector. In case of emergency, you are also willing to intervene outside of usual hours, including at night, on weekends, and on public holidays.- You hold an ES technician diploma in the relevant field or a title deemed equivalent, supplemented by professional experience of at least 5 years in maintenance and repair.- You possess solid knowledge of different hydraulic couplings and circuits as well as in the field of heating.- You master building management and supervision systems (Johnson Controls and Sauter Building Control level).- You have very good knowledge of industrial thermal installations, particularly in superheated water and steam, and are aware of the risks associated with their operation.- You hold the ASIT boiler operator certificate or are willing to follow this training in order to obtain the certification within a period of two years.- General knowledge of building trades (carpentry, locksmithing, etc.) constitutes an asset.- In order to ensure technical on-call services in case of emergency, you are domiciled less than 35 minutes from your place of work and possess a driver's license.- An electrical connection authorization (NIBT) allowing intervention on equipment with electrical connection would represent an asset.- You master standard office tools, particularly Microsoft Office, as well as a CMMS software.- Endowed with an excellent sense of service, you enjoy teamwork and demonstrate openness to change, which allows you to integrate quickly and evolve with ease in your professional environment.- You master French perfectly, both orally and in writing, and express yourself clearly and precisely.- In case of necessity, you may be required to intervene on all hospital sites in order to ensure specific missions.- Thanks to your calm, discreet, and composed personality, you easily establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors.
