YOUR CHALLENGE
1. Trade Securities Lending Books and provide Short Covering for Clients and Bank
2. Provide overall support to the Collateral Trading & Management Team
3. Assist the Collateral Team through automation of existing processes
4. Work with developers to build and expand technological solutions to analyze and improve trading performance
5. Expand business further with help of robotic trading execution
6. Building strong working relationships with internal teams, including understanding their daily processes
YOUR PROFILE
7. University degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration or Computer Science/Engineering
8. Previous working experience in Finance will be considered an asset
9. Programming skills (VBA, Python and/or SQL) are preferred
10. Strong communication skills both verbally and written in English, German/French is a plus
11. Strong analytical skills, clear and structured thought processes
12. Creative thinker and comfortable taking initiative in pursuing new opportunities
13. Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities in a fast-paced environment
