Key Responsibilities
* Develop a comprehensive sales strategy for the Americas, emphasizing distribution and agency channels aligned with global objectives.
* Identify regional growth opportunities to increase revenue and market share through distribution.
* Lead the channel partner selection process and build a high-performing network of distributor sales professionals.
* Foster excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement across the distributor and agent network.
* Design and implement channel programs to improve partner engagement and monitor distributor performance.
* Drive transition from conventional distributor relationships to a more strategic approach.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive sales operations.
Requirements
* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required; MSc or MBA preferred.
* Strong understanding of principal-distributor dynamics in competitive B2B environments.
* Proven track record of developing sales strategies that boost revenue growth.
