We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead and drive the HR function for a fast-paced financial services organization of approximately 70 employees, based in Geneva and France. This is a fully on-site role with no remote work option.
Missions
* Act as a strategic partner to senior leadership, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
* Oversee all HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, employee relations, and talent development.
* Ensure compliance with Swiss labor laws and HR best practices.
* Foster a high-performance culture and support organizational change.
* Manage employee lifecycle processes with efficiency and discretion.
* Lead HR projects and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Profil du candidat
* Minimum 8 years of HR experience.
* Strong knowledge of Swiss employment law and HR regulations.
* Proven ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-demand environments.
* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict resolution skills.
* Fluent in French and English; German is a plus.
* Based in Switzerland and available for full-time on-site work in Geneva.
