Ferrari Challenge Emil Frey Racing / Emil Frey Sportivo
We are looking for an experienced mechanic in a permanent position, competing in European Championships starting in January 2026.
This position is based in Switzerland or Germany.

Your profile
The specific competencies we require for this position are:
* Several years of experience as a mechanic or car chief with Formula or GT3 cars.
* Strong technical background with proven reliability, resilience, and adaptability in high‑pressure environments.
* Ability to take responsibility, work independently, and demonstrate a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
* You are dynamic, highly motivated, loyal, and thrive in a collaborative team setting.
* Familiarity with Windows Office / Excel applications.
* A good level in English, both written and spoken, is required. Italian and German are a plus.
* Planning and coordination of the staff and logistics for race/test events in cooperation with the Team Manager.
* Definition of team structure at race events in cooperation with the Team Manager.
The Position
These are your key tasks:
* Working in a team and crew at the racetrack and in the workshop, ensuring seamless collaboration and high performance.
* Building up an independent team in terms of logistics, team, equipment, orders and tools.
* Ensure flawless vehicle operation during races and tests, proactively addressing any technical issues.
* Maintenance and testing of all vehicle components, including racing equipment, ensuring reliability and safety.
* Track car component's mileage and report to the Team Manager.
* Leading car crews in each event: races, testing, workshop.
* Set up and set down of the infrastructure at the track.
* Understanding customer needs and giving them full support.
* Coordinating customer operations and car maintenance.
