Base pay range
CHF65,000.00/yr – CHF85,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
* First‑level support for hardware, software, MS Office 365, ERP systems and network.
* Manage user accounts and access rights (Active Directory).
* Ensure smooth operation of telephony and end‑devices.
* Assist in procurement, evaluation and licensing of hardware, software and services.
* Conduct training sessions and operate the IT service desk, including shift organisation.
* Execute client rollouts, inventory management and contribute actively to projects.
Qualifications
* Completed IT education or multiple years of experience in an IT environment.
* Solid knowledge in IT support and hardware handling.
* Proficient with MS Office, operating systems and common IT applications.
* People‑oriented with a keen understanding of user needs.
* Structured, independent and service‑oriented work style.
* Languages: German and French very good, English a plus.
