Summary:
The person is responsible for providing overall HR administrative support for Europe region. This position will interact with all levels of staff in the assigned territory.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Providing administrative support to HR Europe Team for tasks related to employee’s life cycle (contracts, addendums, acknowledgement letters, etc.. )
2. Managing administrative onboarding for the assigned territory (IT access, gathering employees’ documents, updating HRIS)
3. Monitoring and updating leave trackers and systems for the region
4. Supporting HR Europe Team on ad hoc projects
5. Submitting various declarations and reports to different providers and administrations
6. Maintaining and updating personnel files
Requirements:
7. Commercial degree, CFC or equivalent diploma. HR certification is a plus
8. 1-2 years of experience in an HR Assistant role, ideally for an international or a multicultural company
9. Fluent in English and German, French an asset
10. Strong working knowledge of MS Office Suite (e.g. Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
11. Well-organized, flexible, meticulous, able to handle sensitive information and willing to learn
12. Previous experience on a HRIS is a plus
