This role is ideal for someone who can confidently coordinate multidisciplinary teams, manage stakeholders, and ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with regulatory and sustainability standards. /p pYou will oversee HVAC and infrastructure‑focused projects, with the flexibility to support additional technical or construction disciplines based on organizational needs. /p pKey Responsibilities /p ul liLead and manage multiple HVAC and infrastructure projects from planning through execution and handover. /li liCoordinate multidisciplinary teams, contractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery. /li liOversee project budgets, schedules, risks, and documentation. /li liReview and validate proposals, cost estimates, scopes, and contractor performance. /li liManage change orders, negotiations, claims, and contract administration. /li liConduct site inspections, monitor progress, and ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and sustainability requirements. /li liPrepare project reports, governance materials, and ensure transparent communication. /li liFacilitate client and stakeholder meetings in German and English. /li liSupport the transition of completed facilities into operations, including close‑out documentation and warranties. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liBachelor’s degree in engineering or a related technical field. /li li3+ years of project management experience in construction, industrial, or technical environments (pharma/biotech experience a plus). /li liGood understanding of HVAC systems and infrastructure‑related technical topics. /li liFamiliarity with Swiss construction standards (e.g., SIA), regulatory frameworks, and procurement processes. /li liStrong communication, documentation, and stakeholder‑management skills. /li liProficiency in spreadsheets, reporting, and presentations. /li liEntrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities. /li liExperience leading teams, managing commissions, or supporting business development is an advantage. /li liHigh integrity and commitment to ethical standards. /li liFluency in English and German. /li /ul h3Additional Information /h3 pOur inspired people share our vision and mission.
