Join Our Swiss Controlling Team as a Business Controller

Your Role and Responsibilities
1. Act as the local finance business partner to comment on, challenge, and explain financial performance, supporting decision-making processes.
2. Lead the budget process in collaboration with local commercial teams and headquarters, and monitor deviations from the plan.
3. Participate in monthly closings and serve as the finance referent.
4. Manage one team member within the controlling team.
About Your Future Team
You will work closely with controlling, accounting, and operational teams of the Maisons.
The controlling team is young, dynamic, dedicated, and open to new ideas. You will also interact with colleagues from various Richemont functions at the Swiss and regional levels.
Candidate Profile
* Bachelor/Master degree or equivalent in an analytics-related field (management, marketing, economics).
* Three to five years of experience in finance, either in audit or controlling.
* Dedicated, flexible, and autonomous with high mental agility and strong analytical skills.
* Good knowledge of finance and accounting.
* Fluent in English and proficient in French.
* Proficient in SAP, Microsoft Excel, and PowerPoint.
