Intern Marketing – Switzerland / Austria (M/W/D) – 100% (6-12 months, starting 01.07.2026)
Responsibilities
Trade & E-Trade Marketing Activities (50%)
* Support the development and execution of the trade marketing plan following the marketing plan and the retailers’ animation calendar.
* Lead the creation of briefings, coordination, and production of materials for Points of Sale and websites, aligned to the brand image.
* Provide operational support and coordination for ad‑hoc events and masterclasses.
Competition Tracking & Study (10%)
* Build a monthly deck to share competitor launches (for Switzerland & Austria) with qualitative and quantitative information.
* Identify best practices implemented by competitors to support the Product Manager in future launch executions.
* Perform monthly or bi‑weekly store visits across main points of sale to gather insights.
Training Plan Coordination (10%)
* Provide effective training tools to the retail team for each key launch.
* Lead the organization of online (live) and on‑site trainings in collaboration with the retail team.
* Animate the e‑learning community and implement the training plan on the dedicated app with innovative ideas.
Merchandising & Sales Coordination (30%)
* Ensure perfect brand image expression in Points of Sale by updating visuals for each launch.
* Supervise listing of new products with key accounts.
* Create new planograms for all merchandising configurations.
* Support the retail team with any merchandising requests on a day‑to‑day basis.
Profile
Final year of a master’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
First internship experience in marketing or retail, preferably within the luxury industry.
Curiosity and passion for the beauty industry.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and lead projects autonomously.
Rigorous and perseverant.
Creative, innovative, and detail‑oriented.
Open communication and enthusiastic personality.
Proficient in Pack Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
Perfect knowledge of English; good French or German will make you stand out.
