HSE Specialist 50-70% Stellennummer am Standort Glattbrugg CH- - Teilzeit
Main tasks
1. Ensure the adaptation and deployment of Sodexo’s HSE Strategy on each site where Sodexo operates
2. Review of national legislation, comparison with Group requirements and development of health, safety and environmental procedures in the local Sodexo management system for all services provide by Sodexo on site
3. Maintain the local Sodexo HSE Management System
4. Conduct risk assessments
5. Develop and conduct HSE trainings
6. Manage Incidents and administrate the SALUS system (systematically registration of all accidents on site as well as near misses and observations)
7. Prepare reports in occupational health, occupational safety, and environment area
8. Conducting HSE audits on site in occupational health and safety and environment area as well as preparation and accompaniment of external audits
9. Support and build relations with operational teams to drive behaviour change and achieve best results in occupational health and safety
10. Contribute to delivery of high-quality service in the country, on time, on budget and key performance indicators
Competencies / personal specification
11. University graduate in FM, health & safety, chemistry or environmental protection
12. Certificate as an occupational safety specialist
13. Work experience in occupational safety minimum 1 year.
14. Proactive, analytic, able to work in teams on each level of the organization
15. Good communication and presentation skills
16. Willingness to travel - approx. 1-2 days per week
17. German, English (intermediate – B1 or equivalent) (French be of benefit)
18. Education work safety experience in project and process management
19. Personal competences
