Restaurant Brands International is accelerating its global digital transformation — and our self-order kiosks, mobile apps, and web platforms are at the heart of this evolution.
We are looking for a Junior Business Analyst to join the Global Kiosk Program team and help unlock data-driven insights across our digital ordering channels.
As part of the PMO, you’ll analyze performance data, support A/B tests, and build dashboards that inform product, design, and content strategies for our Burger King, Popeyes, Firehouse Subs, and Tim Hortons brands.
This is a 12-month fixed-term contract with the possibility of renewal. The employment agreement for this role will be issued by an external third-party vendor.
Your roles & responsibilities:
1. 📊 Analyze kiosk, app, and web performance to identify trends and growth opportunities.
2. ⚙️ Build dashboards (Power BI / SQL/CRM tools) to track KPIs such as average check, conversion rate, and engagement.
3. 🧪 Support A/B testing by helping define hypotheses, monitor results, and evaluate test impact using RBI’s standardized analytics methodology.
4. 🔍 Monitor UX and content effectiveness across markets and share insights with franchisees and regional teams.
5. 🤝 Collaborate cross-functionally with Design, Product, Technology and vendors to guide continuous improvements.
6. 🧾 Communicate findings through concise, visually engaging reports and presentations.
Your skills & experience:
7. 1–2 years of experience in business analysis, digital performance, or eCommerce analytics. Previous experience in the QSR (Quick Service Restaurant) or retail technology sector is preferred.
8. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills — you’re comfortable turning data into insights.
9. Hands-on experience with SQL and Power BI.
10. Experience using Snowflake and Amplitude are nice to have.
11. Basic understanding of digital funnels, A/B testing, and UX measurement.
12. Excellent written and spoken English.
13. Self-motivated, organized, and comfortable working in a remote, multicultural environment.
