Support organisational units with change management activities related to the adoption and operational use of AI. Develop and maintain an AI governance framework (policies, standards, roles, responsibilities). Serve as an interface between the AI Operations Working Group and expert, research, legal, and IT units. Report to management on AI-related business operations and activities. Build and foster cooperation with other institutes and industry partners. Organize and coordinate awareness campaigns and a community promoting the responsible use of AI within the institution. Establish and maintain a central information hub for AI topics (intranet, newsletter, knowledge base, Teams channel). Monitor trends and technological developments in AI, including those relevant to the scientific and service portfolio. Provide support for AI-related initiatives, including meeting coordination, project management, and - where required - funding administration. Anforderungen: Advanced degree (Master's or PhD) in natural sciences, computational science, or a related field, with a specialization in AI or scientific computing. Proven experience in driving people and projects - ideally in AI governance or technology adoption - without direct line management responsibility. Strong organizational, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills. Familiarity with legal, IT, and compliance frameworks. Fluent in English with good German skills. ?
