We are seeking a Solutions Sales Manager to develop and expand new business opportunities, acting as a strategic partner with clients.
Responsibilities
* Sell a range of IQVIA products and services within designated accounts or territories to achieve revenue goals.
* Build long-term client relationships, becoming a trusted advisor on industry topics, IQVIA offerings, and consulting capabilities.
* Lead the entire sales cycle, including lead generation, proposal development, negotiations, and closing.
* Develop and implement strategic sales plans for each target account or segment, managing renewals and subscriptions.
* Identify and pursue renewal and expansion opportunities within assigned accounts, leveraging cross-sell opportunities.
* Collaborate with marketing, consulting, and client services teams to develop tailored solutions for clients’ complex business issues.
* Represent IQVIA in all sales-related activities to clients and prospects.
Requirements
* Bachelor’s degree with at least 7 years of relevant sales or account management experience.
* Strong drive for revenue generation, with a proven track record in sales and business development.
* Customer-focused, independent, consultative, and collaborative approach; excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.
* Excellent presentation and writing skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strategic business awareness and analytical skills.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
* Ideally, understanding of the pharmaceutical industry and its trends.
