As a pillar of the Finance function, you will intervene both as Finance Manager / CFO to structure and secure financial processes, produce monthly reports and ensure US GAAP reporting to the parent company, support the CEO and teams in decision-making, and take responsibility for the strengthening of the Finance function, with a high degree of autonomy and a key role in the growth of the company. Requirements:- Degree in finance, accounting, or management control.- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role in a Swiss SME/startup is essential.
