Responsibilities
Independent project management in network, server, virtualisation, storage, and backup solutions.
Lead and manage exciting IT infrastructure projects, ensuring smooth IT operations at customers.
Co‑responsible for the comprehensive topic of IT security.
Actively contribute experience to our internationally positioned expert groups for further development of products and services.
Proactively monitor client environments.
Possibility to train apprentices in platform development (system technology) and be involved in this process from the start.
Qualifications
Completed vocational training as an IT specialist EFZ or equivalent qualification.
At least 2 years experience as an IT System Engineer in a comparable role (server & network technology).
Experience in the Windows system landscape and good knowledge in the network area.
Analytical, structured, and reliable way of working.
High degree of customer orientation, reliability, and enjoyment of teamwork.
Ideally, you already have the vocational trainer course or are willing to add it.
Strong analytical and structured work approach with reliability.
Excellent customer orientation and team collaboration skills.
