Randstad Sourceright is a market leader in Global Recruitment Outsourcing, combining technology innovation with an exceptional human touch. We are seeking a dedicated Expert Talent Advisor (MSP Consultant) to support one of our major pharmaceutical clients.
The successful candidate will join a global team of around 23 people and work as part of the Client Account Management team responsible for delivering premium recruitment services to hiring managers. This role requires forging relationships with key stakeholders within the client and suppliers as part of the contract recruitment supply chain.
Role Responsibilities
* Account and requisition management
* Key stakeholder management and engagement, providing specialist advice & guidance on recruitment policies & procedures & best practices to the client
* Point of contact for escalations and process improvement
* Management and data capture on our Vendor Management System - Fieldglass
* Ensuring compliance is adhered to throughout the recruitment end to end process
* Effectively managing and utilising our in-house recruitment systems including some reporting
* Execute periodic review meetings with stakeholders to report on progress and KPIs.
About the Role
This hybrid role requires a minimum of 1 day onsite in Neuchatel per week and visiting Zurich HQ office every 2 weeks. The ideal candidate will have fluent English & German or English & French skills.
As a Mid-Senior level Human Resources professional, you will be responsible for:
* Supporting the development of strategic recruitment plans and ensuring their effective execution
* Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders, suppliers, and clients
* Maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills
