We believe that knowledge sharing, collaboration, and talent development are key drivers of sustainable growth and technological progress. /p h3Key Responsibilities /h3 ul liDesign and develop composite components and assemblies for high-performance applications /li liPropose and evaluate structural concepts with focus on weight, performance, and manufacturability /li liSupport and coordinate engineering changes throughout the product lifecycle /li liTake ownership of technical work packages, ensuring delivery in line with project scope and timelines /li liCreate and maintain 3D models, 2D drawings, and product structures using CAD and PLM tools /li liPrepare and manage composite manufacturing data and related documentation /li liEnsure compliance with industry standards, quality requirements, and engineering best practices /li liCollaborate effectively with cross-functional and multicultural teams across engineering and production /li liParticipate in design reviews and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives /li liCommunicate clearly with stakeholders at different organizational levels /li /ul h3Our Ideal Candidate Should Have /h3 ul liDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Aerospace Engineering, or a related discipline /li li5+ years of experience in composite structures design, preferably within a regulated industry /li liStrong proficiency in 3D modelling and drafting tools (NX or similar CAD systems preferred) /li liFamiliarity with composite design methodologies and related software tools (e.g., Fibersim or equivalent) /li liAbility to work autonomously, manage priorities, and adapt in a dynamic environment /li liStrong analytical and problem-solving skills /li liFluent in English, German is a plus /li /ul /p #J-18808-Ljbffr
