To help us strengthen our "Group and Client Accounting" service and ensure quality performance, we are looking for a
Accountant
Reporting to the head of our Group and Client Accounting division, you will be responsible for managing the complete accounting of certain companies within the Ofac Group.
Autonomous, precise and eager to apply your technical skills and rigour, you will join a competent and stable team to support us in developing our accounting division.
Your mission:
* Maintaining complete accounting records
* Preparation of quarterly closings
* Verification of supplier invoices
* Reconciliations and VAT declarations
* Inter-company re-invoicing and bank transaction management
* Verification of client invoices and bank entries
* Management of currencies/exchange rates
* Calculation of ICC and IFD taxes
* Completion of administrative forms
* Weekly travel to our Neuenegg site
Your profile:
* Accounting qualification (Federal diploma or equivalent) with at least 5 years of successful experience in a similar role and a multi-company environment in Switzerland
* Experience with an accounting ERP system (ideally Abacus Finance) and e-banking
* Native French speaker. A B2 level in German would be an asset
* Strong solution orientation with good priority management
* High sense of confidentiality and accuracy
* Rigorous, autonomous, flexible and organised
* Good team spirit
