Responsibilities
* Commission newly installed systems and ensure optimal performance.
* Perform maintenance and service tasks on cooling systems.
* Troubleshoot issues and provide customer support and advice.
* Perform repairs and instruction for customers.
* Occasionally provide 24‑hour on‑call service.
Qualifications
* Training in industrial refrigeration technology.
* Experience with NH3 and strong quality awareness.
* Possess a friendly, competent, and courteous demeanor.
* Resilience and flexibility even in hectic moments.
