Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET)

As a Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET), you’ll play a key role in ensuring that our digital products for the re/insurance industry meet the highest standards. You’ll help us build robust testing frameworks, automate test pipelines, and contribute to a culture of engineering excellence.
Responsibilities
* Design and develop automated testing frameworks for web and data-driven applications.
* Integrate test automation into CI/CD pipelines and support continuous delivery.
* Work closely with software engineers, data scientists, and product managers to define test strategies.
* Perform performance, integration, regression, and end-to-end testing.
* Monitor and continuously improve test coverage and quality metrics.
Qualifications
* 5+ years of experience in software testing or software development with a strong testing focus.
* Proficiency in test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Pytest, Playwright, or similar).
* Solid programming skills in Python, JavaScript, or a similar language.
* Experience with CI/CD environments and version control (e.g., GitHub, GitLab).
* Knowledge of cloud platforms and microservice architectures is a plus.
* Fluent in English.
