The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance activities that ensure the reliability and efficiency of production lines, utilities, and facilities. This involves managing the operations connected to these systems and identifying areas for improvement.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in maintenance management, with experience in leading teams and driving process improvements. They will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies to optimize equipment performance, reduce downtime, and minimize costs.
Main Responsibilities:
* Develop and implement maintenance strategies to improve reliability and efficiency
* Manage the work of Maintenance shift technicians to achieve production goals
* Analyze technical issues to define root causes and prevent recurrences
* Prepare internal development plans to support personnel growth
* Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely and budget-compliant completion of Capital Investment projects
