We are looking for an Account & Project Manager to join our SEO agency and contribute to the growth and success of our clients.
Responsibilities
* Identify and analyze the expressed and latent needs of both prospective and existing clients.
* Contribute to the definition of effective digital strategies.
* Structure and manage project workflows, providing first-level support and consultancy to assigned clients.
* Oversee project delivery and execution progress.
* Participate in tenders and commercial pitches alongside dedicated teams.
* (Optional) Negotiate and support the renewal of projects for existing clients.
Minimum Requirements
* 2-3 years of proven experience in Digital Marketing and Performance Marketing agencies, managing medium to large-sized clients.
* Strong knowledge of digital marketing, with hands-on expertise in Paid Advertising, SEO, and Social Media Management, and the ability to analyze data.
* Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work in a structured team and effectively manage time.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Project Management tools.
* Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
* Flexibility and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to dynamic environments.
* Strong communication and leadership skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills at all organizational levels.
