Job Overview
We are seeking an accomplished E-Retail professional to lead our digital retail business in Canada.

Key Responsibilities:
* Drive commercial growth and profitability by overseeing all aspects of e-retail operations.
* Develop strategic partnerships with e-retailers, ensuring optimal performance through planning, stakeholder management, and continuous improvement of sales and marketing activities.
* Influence the development of e-retail platforms by driving strategic planning and commercialization.
* Build new digital channels to increase accessibility and household penetration of Nespresso products.

Requirements:
* Bilingualism in English and French language skills are essential.
* At least 7 years of experience working for a major Pure Player is required.
* Experience working with Amazon.com, Vendor Manager or Inventory Planner is preferred.
* 3+ years of experience managing ecommerce businesses in Direct Channel or Brick & Mortar is a plus.
* Bachelor's Degree in Business-related field, Marketing, Digital Marketing, Finance, or Economics is required.
* Ability to develop and present a strategic vision to Senior Leadership is necessary.
