Marketing Manager
Collège et Lycée Saint-Charles SA is seeking a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. Saint-Charles International School provides high-quality education for students aged 10 to 20, while fostering the values of kindness, respect, and responsibility toward others and the environment. Founded in 1897, the school is set in a tree-lined garden at the foot of the magnificent Château de Porrentruy in Switzerland’s Jura Canton.
Saint-Charles is fully authorised to offer the Swiss curriculum at Primary, Secondary, and Lycée levels, and delivers a bilingual French–English Maturité. Since 2019, the school has also welcomed international boarding students, offering international programmes including the IB Diploma Programme and a High School Diploma.
We are looking for a motivated professional to lead our marketing efforts and help us continue to grow our reputation as a leading educational institution in Switzerland and beyond.
Responsibilities
* Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy to promote the school’s programmes and values.
* Manage the school’s online presence, including website updates, social media channels, and digital advertising campaigns.
* Plan and execute marketing campaigns to attract new students, both locally and internationally.
* Collaborate with the admissions team to support student recruitment efforts.
* Organise and promote events such as open days, fairs, and community outreach initiatives.
* Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including parents, alumni, and partners.
* Monitor and analyse marketing performance metrics to optimise campaigns and strategies.
* Ensure all marketing materials align with the school’s brand identity and values.
Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
* Proven experience in marketing, preferably in the education sector or a similar industry.
* Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and strategies, including SEO, social media, and content marketing.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in both English and French.
* Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing campaigns.
* Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
* Experience with graphic design tools and software is a plus.
* Knowledge of the Swiss education system and international programmes (e.g., IB Diploma) is an advantage.
