About the Role
To support the growth of our digital platforms, Boghossian is recruiting a Digital Content & Social Media Manager to join our Marketing team in Geneva .
This role focuses on managing social content, leading campaigns, and driving digital strategy aligned with brand priorities and product launches, ensuring every digital touchpoint reflects the elegance and identity of the Maison.
Your mission
Oversee all content production for social media across platforms
Lead and develop digital campaigns in line with brand identity and product launches
Build and manage the digital calendar in close collaboration with marketing and brand teams
Work closely with creative agencies on campaign concepts, themes, and storytelling
Manage pre‑production, production, and post‑production of shoots and campaigns
Ensure flawless campaign deployment across all digital channels
Write and refine captions, oversee community management, and nurture engagement
Deliver quarterly performance analyses and actionable insights
Lead digital strategy including paid media (Meta), Google Ads, and contribute to SEO strategy in collaboration with external agencies.
Your profile
Minimum 5 years’ experience in luxury marketing (jewellery experience is a strong plus)
Fluent in English and French
Strong experience managing social media campaigns end‑to‑end, from initial concept to delivery
Highly creative, organised, and detail‑oriented
Strong leadership skills with a hands‑on mindset
Strategic thinker who isn’t afraid to think outside the box
Proactive, collaborative, and results‑driven
