We are supporting an international Pharmaceutical company in the search for an experienced MSAT Manager to lead client-facing technical projects and support new product introductions within a GMP aseptic manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Act as technical lead and main customer contact for multiple drug product programs.
* Manage tech transfers, including facility fit, quotation support, and timeline coordination.
* Work cross-functionally with MSAT, Manufacturing, QC, QA, and Analytical teams to ensure smooth execution.
* Contribute to process validation, equipment qualification, and regulatory CMC documentation (IND/IMPD/MAA).
* Drive risk management and continuous improvement initiatives.
Profile
* Master’s/PhD in a relevant life sciences field.
* 5+ years’ pharma experience in process development, tech transfer, or project management, including aseptic processing.
* Strong cGMP knowledge and stakeholder management skills.
* Fluent in French and English.
