In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reaching out to us, guiding them through their buying journey, answering product questions, and turning inquiries into successful sales. Your Mission
Customer Engagement & Sales
* Answer inbound Sales calls and provide education on various product lines that are suitable forthe client’s investment goals.
* Guide customers through the purchasing process, offering product recommendations tailored to their needs.
* Build trust and rapport with every interaction, ensuring customers feel supported and valued.
* Be proactive by making outbounds to follow-up on potential opportunities. Respond to daily emails and voicemails, within a timely manner.
* Provides all customers with concierge level service.
* Responsible for managing and developing their book of business, while striving to produce referrals from their customer base.
Operations
* Accurately process customer orders and maintain up-to-date records in the CRM.
* Track customer interactions, follow up on pending inquiries, and ensure smooth order completion.
* Understands their daily responsibilities and how to prioritize each day to efficiently complete all tasks on-time.
Collaboration & Learning
* Work closely with compliance and customer service teams to ensure smooth onboarding and issue resolution.
* Gain in-depth knowledge of our product catalog and industry to position yourself as a trusted sales advisor.
* Stay up to date and well-informed of the news and events that affect the precious metals markets.
* Persistent towards being atop performer in all aspects of the position, by understanding what drives success towards our metrics.
Your Skills
* Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills. You enjoy talking to people and building connections
* A natural ability to listen, understand customer needs, and provide solutions.
* Detail-oriented, with excellent communication and organizational abilities.
* High level of autonomy and a proactive, can-do attitude.
* Fluent in English and / or French (spoken and written), additional languages (German, Italian, Spanish)are a plus
* Swiss or EU nationality or holder of a valid Swiss work permit.
