We are looking to complete the Technical Maintenance service with a: Technical Agent (H/F) - Permanent part-time (50%)ContextThe maintenance service comprises trained individuals responsible for the overall management of the logistical resources of the: buildings, green spaces, sports infrastructures, vehicles. To guarantee a quality, responsive, and close service, we prioritize hiring residents within a maximum radius of 30 minutes from the Centre de Vernand in Cheseaux-sur-Lausanne (headquarters).Your missionEnsure and implement preventive measures in technical maintenance of the buildings, equipment, and more specifically for the Childhood sector and intervention requests made by the teams (repairs of all kinds) in agreement with the maintenance manager and a team of 3 people. Ensure various maintenance tasks (electricity, plumbing, carpentry, etc.), including adapted furniture for people with reduced mobility (beds, wheelchairs), and maintenance of the vehicle fleet. Contribute to the management of the green spaces of various facilities. Set up logistics for internal and external events and participate in their smooth running. Be responsible alongside the safety officer for all security aspects of the environment. Make contacts and collaborate with various existing suppliers. We require a CFC as an agent ideally or any other CFC in the construction field and 5-7 years of experience in technical building management (no cleaning services). B driving license. Experience in maintaining school buildings, socio-medical establishments, and/or sports infrastructure. Common knowledge with good writing skills and flexibility in managing time and substituting team members, as well as skills to manage priorities – there are occasionally 2 evening events per year. Knowledge of standards and procedures in the field of function, skills to ensure compliance with hygiene and safety regulations. A strong sense of service, a desire to learn, capability for manual work, and a sense of responsibility.
