Ihre Aufgaben
* Manage incidents and service requests, including software installation and troubleshooting for software, hardware and network issues
* Provide support for dictation systems, printing and related tasks
* Escalate IT support cases and coordinate with teams in Zurich
* Collaborate with vendors for support, troubleshooting and installations
* Handle radiology-specific tasks such as user account management, DICOM image transfer and image loading from CDs
* Assist end users with image availability and retrieval and support equipment replacements related to radiology
Ihr Profil
* Solid experience in ICT support (software, hardware, network)
* Knowledge of radiology systems and workflows is an advantage
* Familiarity with DICOM standards and image transfer
* Strong problem-solving skills and customer-oriented mindset
* Fluent in French and English; German is a plus
