About this Position
The Head of Key
Account Management Switzerland is
responsible for leading key customer relationships in the retail and e-Commerce
sectors, with a focus on strategic planning, negotiation, and business
development. The
role includes direct management of Otto's and oversight of a team handling major
Swiss accounts in discount, drug and e-commerce. The role directly reports to the Head of Sales
for Switzerland.
What you´ll do
* Lead and coach a team of 3 Key Account
Managers and 1 Sales Assistant
* Directly manage strategic customers, including
annual negotiations and business planning
* Ensure strong customer relationships and
business growth across discount-, drugstore-, department store and
e-commerce-channels through team leadership and strategic guidance
* Negotiate and approve trade terms, pricing
strategies, and promotional activities
* Monitor sales performance, forecast accuracy,
and budget compliance across all accounts
* Analyze market trends, customer data, and
competitor activity to identify growth opportunities

* Degree in Business,
Economics, Marketing, or related field
* Minimum 5 years'
experience in key account management or sales within FMCG
