Your Responsibilities In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical and commercial advice to assigned key customers in the area of axial piston machines and hydraulic components
You manage and develop key customer relationships in the field of axial piston machines and hydraulic components
You understand customer applications and translate technical and commercial requirements into tailored solutions in close collaboration with Application Engineering and Product Management
You identify and develop new business opportunities, drive customer acquisition and long-term growth
You prepare and negotiate offers and contracts, ensuring competitive and value-driven solutions
You monitor market trends and competitor activities to support strategic decisions and strengthen our market position
You coordinate internal activities and represent the customer’s interests across departments to ensure smooth project execution
Your profile You have a university degree in business or industrial engineering with relevant experience in sales of technical products, ideally in the field of hydraulics or related areas
You have extensive market knowledge in the off-highway segment as well as good knowledge of hydraulic components or drive technology and their applications (pumps, motors, valves, seals, etc.)
You have strong presentation and communication skills, are confident in negotiations and have excellent skills in addressing and managing key stakeholders and customers
Your personality is characterized by an optimistic mindset, openness to change and a convincing, customer-oriented appearance
You demonstrate a hands-on mentality, a solution-oriented mindset, flexibility and you are willing to travel for customer appointments and trade fairs
You speak fluently German and English and you are used to successfully applying your skills in an international environment
