Your tasks
:
1. Responsible for standards and approvals for sensors, valve drives, and transmitters in process automation
2. Develop a global approval and conformity concept
3. Create submission documents and carry out the approval projects independently
4. Actively support colleagues from development in applying the requirements of the standard correctly and in uncovering gaps and risks
5. Drive necessary re-certifications
6. Proactively build and maintain close partnerships with partners and government agencies around the world
7. In an ongoing exchange with internal and external bodies and partners worldwide
8. Keep your knowledge of applicable standards up to date with the help of specialist literature
Your profile:
9. A Bachelor's or Master's degree and at least 3 years of experience in a Standard & Approvals role ideally in the sensors, measurement, or process automation industry
10. At least 5 years of practical experience in the development of electrical products for the process industry or similar
11. Good experience with cULus and CE
12. Ideally additional experience with NSF, KTW, UKCA, ATEX, CSA, EC1935, 3A, EHEDG, metrological approvals, marine approvals, or radio approvals
13. Ideally further experience with IEC 62443 or IEC 61508
14. Good knowledge of German and English
