Job Title:
National Account Executive - Media Sales

Reports to:
President

FLSA Status:
Exempt

Job Summary:
The National Account Executive for Adsposure will drive advertising revenue across multiple U.S. markets. This role is ideal for a self-motivated B2B sales expert who thrives on opening new territories, boosting performance in underpenetrated markets, and traveling up to 50% of the time to close deals and grow our footprint.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions):

* Sell advertising inventory across all active and emerging Adsposure markets.
* Focus on both newly launched territories and existing markets needing increased attention and support.
* Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities through outbound efforts and relationship-building.
* Manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting to close—while building long-term client relationships.
* Craft and deliver persuasive sales presentations and proposals aligned with client goals.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Design, Project Management, Operations, and Accounting) to execute flawless campaigns.
* Track activity and maintain CRM accuracy to manage pipeline and report KPIs.
* Consistently meet or exceed assigned monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
* Stay informed on media, marketing, and transit trends to offer forward-thinking solutions.
* Travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients and support local market activity.

Requirements
Qualifications, Skills & Abilities:

* Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required. Minimum 2+ years of successful B2B sales experience, preferably in media or advertising.
* Proven experience selling across multiple regions or accounts.
* Self-motivated, high-energy, and competitive with a strong hunter mentality.
* Excellent communicator and presenter with strong interpersonal skills.
* Able to work independently, manage priorities, and travel frequently.
* Tech-savvy with experience in CRM platforms (e.g., Nutshell, HubSpot) and MS Office tools.

Physical Requirements:

* Constant sitting, listening, and talking.
* Frequent standing, walking, and repetitive motions with hands.
* Frequent vision requirements of the position are up close, at a distance, and in color.
* Ability to frequently lift approximately 10-25 lbs.
* Able to physically travel up to 50% of the time to meet with clients and support local market activity.
