Base pay range
CHF75,000.00/yr - CHF90,000.00/yr
Responsibilities
* Overall responsibility for IT operations at the Bussigny and Oftringen sites, including on-site support
* Technical support for employees with daily IT issues (1st and 2nd level support)
* Coordination and monitoring of the ERP system (FileMaker) with external partners
* Prevention and monitoring of security risks, implementing protective measures
* Managing and providing IT workstations, devices, and software licenses
* Leading small IT projects and contributing to business projects through technical feasibility assessments
* Analyzing process requirements collaboratively to digitize internal workflows
Qualifications
* Basic IT education (EFZ or equivalent) with further training in project or process management
* Extensive experience in IT support (minimum 7 years), preferably in diverse IT environments
* Experience managing external service providers and collaborating with project leaders
* Strong knowledge of Windows systems, Office applications; familiarity with SAP, MS CRM, or FileMaker is a plus
* Excellent German and French language skills; English is desirable
* High sense of responsibility, reliable work ethic, customer-oriented mindset
* Willingness to travel between the two company locations
