As a Business Development Manager (Digitalization), you will be part of our central international team, driving a wide range of digitalization initiatives across our brands Windsor, Strellson and JOOP!. In this role, you will combine strategic vision with strong operational responsibility, shaping workflows, implementing digital platforms, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations in areas such as product data management, B2B e-commerce operations (incl. photo studio activities and digital showroom). You will also act as a key partner for our international sales teams, agencies, customers and internal brand teams.
Responsibilities
Lead and execute diverse digitalisation projects with a focus on workflows, tools and process optimisation across all brands
Take operational ownership of B2B e-commerce photo studio and operations processes, ensuring high-quality content delivery for wholesale and online channels
Drive the roll-out and adoption of platforms such as Ordertool Sales App, Digital Asset Management (DAM), Product Information Management (PIM) and Digital Showroom solutions, among others
Develop and implement innovative digital solutions including the use of AI and automation to increase efficiency and support scalable growth
Act as key digitalisation partner for our local and international sales teams, agencies and customers, ensuring seamless collaboration and business enablement
Analyse business and market needs, translate them into scalable digital solutions, and track progress against KPIs
Act as a change driver by training teams, introducing agile ways of working and fostering collaboration
Requirements
1-3 years of experience in business development, digital projects or process management, ideally in a dynamic, fast-paced environment (e.g. tech, start-up or scale-up)
Hands‑on experience with digital platforms and workflows combined with strong operational drive
Solid knowledge of at least one widely used programming language (e.g. Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, Java, Go or comparable) – mandatory
Proven experience working with AI solutions and the ability to evaluate and implement new application areas – mandatory
Ability to independently drive efficiency improvements, automation, and process optimisations
Initial project management experience, ideally within digitalisation or process optimisation contexts
Structured, organised working style with a high level of personal responsibility
Proactive, hands‑on mindset with eagerness to learn and openness to iterative approaches (including “trial and error”)
Team language is English; knowledge of German is considered an advantage but not a must
Experience with WordPress or comparable CMS systems is considered a plus
High motivation to succeed in an international fashion environment, with enthusiasm for personal growth and contributing to the companys digital transformation
