Mission The Project and Events Manager helps the overall management and day-to-day activities of the Trust Village incubator program and the Trust Valley Initiative.
Main Tasks Coordinate and animate cybersecurity and digital trust startup community: events, workshops and links with start-up incubation program
Produce cybersecurity guides and resources and prepare presentations, slides and communication for stakeholders and partners
Create marketing and communication content dedicated to startups, cybersecurity and digital trust by drafting and publishing on the Trust Village’s communication channels, including but not limited to, website, social media and emailing channels
Co-organize the venue of high-level government members, academics, public and private sector: preparations and coordination for international delegation visits in Switzerland
Plan, organize and coordinate day-to-day tasks of the Trust Village incubator program including support and follow-up with the startups, administrative tasks such as billing, staff and program event calendar, and routine office administration
When needed, support the team with ad hoc tasks on other cybersecurity and digital trust projects
Required skills Master’s / Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, Communication, Hospitality Management or related field
First experience in coordinating successful events
Familiarity with the innovation ecosystem in Switzerland
Good Knowledge of how the startups work
Great ease in IT environment, Project Management and Client Management B2B, B2C
Strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Canvas, and experience with CRMs like Mailchimp or Infomaniak. Familiarity with Wordpress and other CMS platforms is a plus
Necessity to learn and find solutions, to plan and organize, to make quick and sensible
