The Real Estate Department is responsible for all tasks related to the construction, maintenance, management, and operation of public buildings and facilities.

Your tasks
* Maintenance, upkeep, cleaning, and care of the school facility including surroundings
* Maintenance, cleaning, and care of machines and equipment
* Assistance with maintenance and deep cleaning
* Supervision and maintenance of technical systems
* Execution of minor repairs
* Monitoring and control of work by external companies
* Ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and environmental regulations
* Provision and setup of rooms for events and school occasions
* Co-training and professional support of apprentices (facility management specialists)
* Ensuring winter services (snow removal and ice control)
Your profile
* Completed basic EFZ training with additional training as a caretaker with a federal specialist certificate
* Professional experience as a caretaker or in a comparable role, ideally at a school facility
* Technical understanding and manual skills
* Independent, structured, and responsible working style
* Resilience, good health, and positive social interaction with various contact groups
* Willingness for flexible work assignments (weekends, evenings, and winter service)
* Driver's license category B
