Job Description
Operational purchasing tasks (approx. 60%), including:
* Price inquiries
* Offer comparisons
* Conducting price negotiations with suppliers
* Disposition and management of the assigned product group, including price negotiations
* Acting as an interface between internal departments and external suppliers to ensure smooth communication and processes
* Proactive market observation and early involvement in supplier sourcing and price inquiries for new projects
* Maintaining and managing material master data in SAP from a purchasing perspective
* Supporting other entities with SAP-related processes and questions
* Performing supplier evaluations and maintaining supplier documentation
* Participation in cross-functional projects
Qualifications
- Completed technical or commercial training (a university degree is not required; career changers with several years of purchasing experience are welcome)
- Strong SAP skills; - MS Office experience
- Fluent in German and good command of English
- Excellent communication and service orientation
- Independent, structured, and solution-oriented working style
- Team player with strong collaboration skill
- Initiative and proactive mindset
