What you can expect
EY’s Financial Services Strategy Consulting is a new fast-growing practice, extending the firm’s consulting services to C-level clients in strategic and transformational assignments. We are supporting our clients in their strategic decision-making process, designing and transforming their business for the future. As a part of our team, you will:
Structure and analyze complex business problems
Perform primary and secondary research
Build financial models for impact evaluation
Communicate and present solutions to both internal and external stakeholders
Actively participate in project acquisitions and publications
Contribute to team and community building
What you can contribute – skills for shaping the future
Bachelor’s or advanced graduate university degree (Master’s, MBA, PhD) in Banking, Finance, Management, Economics or any other business-related field
Evidence of excellent academic achievement and work experience
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Articulate, crisp and effective communication style, both verbally and in writing
Entrepreneurial and output-focused mindset
Fluency in English and German, any other language is a plus
First experience in financial services and/ or consulting is a plus
