This remote Product Manager role is very important for NuvemRx. We're rapidly evolving our product portfolio to help Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) customers solve higher-level problems with advanced analytics, intelligent insights, and a tech-enabled service model. Your responsibility will be to connect our current TPA data platform - which serves large numbers of customers and processes millions of claims - to our new analytics platform to help us deliver better insights and help customers take action.
In this role you'll work closely with infrastructure, data engineering, architecture, and customer-facing teams, and you'll be driving our thinking forward about how to bring new ideas and better results to a vitally important customer base who provide safety-net healthcare access in the US.
We are open to a midlevel or senior level product manager who has extensive 340B experience and knowledge.
Responsibilities
Define ways to measure and track the success of your, and your team's, work.
Develop and refine prioritized solutions and features based on specific user needs and business goals.
Work with the product team to prioritize problems to solve, make trade-off decisions, and translate priorities into detailed user stories and acceptance criteria.
Act in the PO role on an agile scrum team to successfully deliver against your roadmap and participate in the success of the overall product portfolio.
Effectively identify and manage cross-team dependencies.
Build effective relationships that matter with engineering, QA, AM, marketing, and other cross-functional stakeholders.
Communicate the vision of the product, value proposition and release goals to the cross-functional team as part of the planning process
Develop communications material, value prop and high-level strategic justification to help explain the why of your product both internally and externally.
Develop relationships with customers and prospects, gather and understand customer feedback on existing products and products in development and participate in effective interviews to better understand the context and pressures of your product's environment.

Requirements
Several years of product management experience with 340B and TPA products in particular.
Deep understanding of agile SaaS methodologies and a track record of iterative results.
Experience as the Product Owner on Scrum teams.
Experience with real-time inventory management.
Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
Comfort and success using data to drive decisions.
Advanced analytical skills using various tools and frameworks.
Experience with software development tools such as Jira and Confluence.
15% travel for team meetings, planning, and customer visits.
Experience working remote roles is a nice-to-have.
