OverviewIn this role, you will be responsible for the design, configuration, integration, and continuous development of SAP Success Factors and SAP Concur. You Integrate digital HR and travel/expense processes using SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur. Acting as the key interface between HR and IT, ensuring that HR processes are effectively supported by SAP HR systems and integrated applications.The role requires a certain level of HR process understanding, SAP HR functional expertise, and integration management capabilities, with a focus on continuous improvement and business value.Your responsibilitiesOwn and manage the SAP HR landscape with a focus on SAP SuccessFactors and SAP Concur, ensuring system stability, compliance, and continuous improvementDesign, configure and maintain employee lifecycle processes within SAP SuccessFactors and SAP ConcurAct as the key interface between HR and IT, ensuring HR processes are effectively supported by system solutionsMonitor system performance, ensure data accuracy, and continuously optimize HR systemsProvide 2nd level application support and manage system incidents as application ownerEvaluate new SAP SuccessFactors functionalities and assess their value for the organizationIntegration & System LandscapeOversee and monitor integrations between HR systems and the wider IT landscapeEnsure seamless data flows across systems using SAP BTP, SAP CPI, APIs and middleware technologiesSupport the design and governance of HR data architecture, security concepts and authorization modelsEnsure compliance with data protection, security and privacy requirementsProjects & Continuous ImprovementLead and contribute to HR IT projects supporting system enhancements and process improvementsTranslate HR business requirements into functional system solutions and technical specificationsSupport change initiatives related to HR systems in a multinational environmentEnsure proper documentation, testing and deployment of system changesAct as a trusted advisor to HR stakeholders, translating business needs into system capabilitiesManage external vendors and service providers, including monitoring SLAs and coordinating technical activitiesSupport budgeting, forecasting and planning of HR systems developmentContribute to the HR systems roadmap and future technology decisionsYour profileBachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, HR Technology, Business Informatics or a related fieldMinimum 5 years of experience working with SAP HR systems, particularly SAP SuccessFactorsRelevant certifications in SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Employee Central Payroll Switzerland, Time & Attendance)Experience with additional modules such as Onboarding, Recruiting / Smart Recruiting, Performance & Goals, Compensation or SAP Concur is advantageousStrong understanding of HR processes across the full employee lifecycle and their implementation within SAP SuccessFactorsExperience with cloud-based HR system architectures and integrations including SAP BTP, SAP CPI, APIs or middlewareExperience in HR IT project environments including stakeholder management and requirements engineeringAbility to write functional specifications, validate technical designs and ensure data quality and complianceCertification in PMI, IPMA or equivalent project management methodology is beneficialProficiency with MS Office, Microsoft Teams, project management tools and Atlassian ConfluenceAnalytical mindset combined with a solution-oriented approachAbility to work independently in a structured and reliable mannerHigh level of service orientation and stakeholder collaborationCollaborative team player with a hands-on approachStrong communication skills in German & english (B2 or higher)
