To strengthen the HR department of an entity active in the hotel sector located in the Lausanne region, we are currently actively seeking a committed and dynamic personality to fill the role of HR Assistant & Reception.Job DescriptionAfter a period that will allow you to familiarize yourself with the team and internal tools, your main responsibilities will include welcoming visitors and external partners. You will also be responsible for managing the phone switchboard as well as the general mail of the organization. In this versatile role, you will ensure the proper maintenance and updating of personnel records. In this context, you will be required to carry out various tasks such as work requests, interactions with social institutions, as well as the follow-up of certain processes. You will also participate in drafting letters, work contracts, and various documents intended particularly for authorities and partners.Profile SoughtWith a hotelier's diploma or an equivalent degree, you have at least X years of experience in an HR role related to the hotel or catering industry. Complementary experience in a reception role is an important asset. Organized, rigorous, and endowed with an excellent sense of responsibility, you know how to manage priorities and work methodically and discreetly. Your ease and excellent listening skills enable you to quickly establish a relationship of trust with your contacts. As a native French speaker, you have strong writing skills and are proficient in the necessary tools.
