Your responsibilities
As a Sales Manager at IKEA Rothenburg, you will ensure a consistent, seamless, and positive commercial customer experience across all sales channels.
Utilize your knowledge of our customers and their lifestyles at home to create, implement, and follow up on the local business plan for the market.
Key objectives
* Maximize sales and maintain long-term profitability.
* Co-design, plan, deliver, and lead the implementation of the commercial action plan for your store.
* Secure competent, high-performing teams and leaders who inspire and empower every co-worker to understand their contribution.
* Motivate and inspire your team to promote our range, services, and knowledge of home furniture, and to develop the business.
* Contribute to the Commercial Team in the market by sharing your experience and strong knowledge of sales and sales processes to identify the best ways of working.
