For our location in Steinach we are looking for an HR Assistant 100% (m/f/d)
Duties and responsibilities
In your role as an HR Assistant, you will take on central tasks in HR administration – from entries and departures to mutations to the maintenance of HR data in SAP and the processing of checklists and templates. You will support the monthly payroll runs by correctly processing variable data and will be in direct contact with the social insurance companies for reports and clarifications. You will also be responsible for time and absence management. In the area of recruiting, you will be actively involved, coordinate appointments and support applicant communication. In addition, you will work closely with the HR team in Switzerland (3 locations) and get involved in exciting projects – there is no such thing as boredom with us
Required knowledge, skills and competencies
You have completed basic commercial training (EFZ) and have already gained 1-2 years of professional experience in the HR sector. You have already successfully completed further training as an HR assistant or are aiming for it. Solid knowledge of SAP and M365 is important. Your structured, independent way of working helps you to keep track of things even in hectic times. You take change calmly – you can react quickly to new priorities and find your way around well even in dynamic situations.
