TCS has over 600+ consultants working in Switzerland and over 11000 associates supporting Swiss Clients from Offshore. /p h3About the role: /h3 pThis position is part of TCS IoT and Digital Engineering horizontal business unit to drive the growth of engineering services for major Pharma customers in North America. The ideal candidate will have over 15 years of industry experience shaping proposals, building strong client relationships, and drive solution-based sales while collaborating with cross-functional teams to create business opportunities and enhance value for Pharma clients. /p h3Key responsibilities: /h3 ul liPromote the company’s engineering services to major pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical customers, addressing key areas such as process manufacturing, regulatory compliance, and digital transformation. /li liWork within a multi‑disciplinary team to develop proposals based on customer‑specific requirements and industry regulations. /li liPresent, promote, and sell IoT and engineering services to existing and prospective pharmaceutical clients. /li liEstablish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with prospects and client stakeholders across manufacturing, quality, and regulatory functions. /li liCollaborate with clients to identify engineering challenges in areas such as recipe design and management, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), center lining, downtime tracking, batch and material tracking, and guided operations (maintenance changeover). /li liSupport the execution of digital transformation programs, facilitating design thinking workshops with clients and leveraging various tools and techniques to enhance operational efficiency. /li liWork with cross‑functional teams to promote engineering solutions and drive new business opportunities within the pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical sector. /li liConduct market analysis, lead business planning, and develop strategic sales initiatives. Track sales progress and provide status updates. /li liMonitor client engagement, support business reviews, and implement measures to strengthen relationships and expand service adoption. /li liDrive awareness of IoT and digital engineering solutions through industry events, thought leadership, and client engagements. /li /ul h3Minimum Qualifications: /h3 ul liAround 10+ years of experience with 5 of them at least in working with pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical customers providing professional services and engineering deployments. /li liStrong knowledge of pharmaceutical and biopharmaceutical process manufacturing, including facility design, qualification, and commissioning. /li liExperience in developing sales and account plans for a pharmaceutical customer portfolio. /li liFamiliarity with Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) compliance requirements, including quality risk assessment, process quality control, and assurance. /li liStrong knowledge of regulatory compliance and experience in gathering business requirements and defining user stories for development teams. /li liExperience in driving digital transformation programs and conducting design thinking workshops with customers to identify operational challenges and solutions. /li liProven track record in independently scoping and delivering engineering services projects valued at $5-10 million. /li liEstablished consultative relationships with pharmaceutical clients, with strong client references spanning 5+ years. /li liAbility to build and maintain a strong client network within the pharmaceutical sector. /li /ul h3Privacy Note: /h3 h3Equal Opportunity Employer: /h3 pTata Consultancy Services (TCS) is an equal opportunity employer.
