For our location in Geneva, we are seeking a Airfreight Forwarder (m/f/d) to start as soon as possible.
Your role: Book shipments with airlines or shipping lines
Establish transport documents (AWB, manifest, labels)
Prepare claims and quotations for customers and network
Arrange pick-up and transportation as instructed
Invoicing, monitor events, and archive files
Communicate daily with 4PL partners
What we look for: Self-driven, dynamic, can-do attitude, team spirit
Good written and verbal communication skills in French & English
Stress-resistant and able to handle emergencies
Knowledge of logistics/transportation industry, especially Air Freight (IATA, ADR)
Excellent understanding of Incoterms
Local market knowledge and customer requirements understanding
