OverviewSupport daily HR operations, including maintaining employee records. 3 months assignment.About Our ClientOur client is an international organisation.Job DescriptionProvide administrative support across the full employee lifecycle (onboarding, offboarding, changes, documentation).Manage and update HR databases, personnel files, and employee records.Assist with recruitment activities: posting job ads, screening CVs, scheduling interviews.Support the preparation of employment contracts, letters, and HR reports.Help coordinate internal trainings, events, and employee communications.Be a first point of contact for employee queries.Contribute to continuous improvement of HR processes and tools.The Successful ApplicantA recent graduate or candidate with up to 2 years of HR/administrative experience.Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with HRIS is a plus.Fluent in French and comfortable in English.What\'s on Offer2 days of home office.
